CONGRATULATIONS:

Congratulations on your new home! A new home is one of the most important purchases you may ever make. Because ROI, LLC/Higher Standard Homes wants this to also be the best purchase you ever make, your house comes with a Limited Warranty.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

If your home has a component which is covered by this Limited Warranty, please notify ROI, LLC/Higher Standard Homes’ customer service department in writing on a Customer Service Request Form. It is important that you notify us as soon as possible when you discover any problem. For emergencies which may result in fire, water damage, or health emergencies, please call 406-539-1366.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST:

Customer Service Request Forms are located here or in the back of your HOMEOWNERS PACKAGE. Once we receive your written notice on the appropriate form, we will determine if the item is covered by this Limited Warranty. An inspection visit to your home may be necessary to decide if the claim is within the specifications of this Limited Warranty. If the claim is valid, we will attempt to replace or repair the item at our sole discretion and at no charge to you within 15 days from the date of the claim. Our responsibility is limited to restoring the home to its condition at the date of the Closing. The work will be done by ROI, LLC/Higher Standard Homes or by the subcontractor of our choice. Weather conditions, problems with labor, litigation, and material shortages can delay the completion time. We will not reimburse the homeowner for any repairs or replacements or work performed unless otherwise specified in writing.
