Higher Standard Homes built our new home in Bozeman. The build quality is excellent and this comes very close to being the home of our dreams. Despite the plans being approved already, Higher Standard was able to offer us some discretion on a few items. While there were small issues, particularly around supplies coming in, we still managed to close in August of 2021 on the schedule Higher Standard promised back in April of 2021. Considering the supply chain issues everyone is facing right now that was a minor miracle. And we’re still being taken care of after close as Higher Standard is finishing up what couldn’t be done before close. We couldn’t be happier with the final result.
