Currently Higher Standard builds quality new construction in Northwest Bozeman and Northern Belgrade, Montana located in Gallatin County. We are a premiere builder for The Lakes at Valley West located near the 100 acre Gallatin Regional Park and also in The Henson subdivision of Belgrade, located at the northern most end of Jackrabbit.

What is the Cost Per Square Foot?
There are so many variables that go into determining the cost per square foot to build your home that we feel it irresponsible to just throw out random numbers. Please contact us to discuss your project so we can give you the best possible estimate based on the unique parameters of your home.

Can I Customize My Home?
If we are building a home on a lot you have selected, and we have designed a plan together you get to pick every detail of your home. If you are purchasing a home built on one of our lots, using one of our plans, we will provide you with a selection guide to allow you to pick the great majority of your interior finishes. No structural changes are allowed. In our multi-family homes all selections are already made, giving great consideration to style and comfort.
Do You Have Homes Available Now?
Absolutely! We build homes for speculative sales, in several communities in the area. We have homes in progress, near to complete, and also completed homes in inventory that are available to close in your time frame. Just let us know how quickly you need to move and we will find the home that's right for you.
